DIFERENCES BETWEEN LIVING IN SPAIN AND LIVING IN ENGLAND
Living in England has got a good side to it, there is more to do for the teenagers, there are social clubs were we can go and play games, make stuff, and make new friends. These social clubs are made to keep us out of trouble as England can be very dangerous on the streets. When I lived in England I had to be home for 7o clock other wise the police would take you home. England can be very good because we celebrate Christmas more with decorations and nearly every year it snows, and when you wake up to snow it is very beautiful, they also never close the shops on Sunday, but they do close early. At night time we have more bars and clubs than there are in Spain. England is much colder than Spain. School also is very different, they start very early and we finish very late, but we only have one exam every year and you don’t have to study and we don’t get as much homework, things in England are very different to Spain,
Living in Spain it very tranquil and that is good but it can be boring as there aren’t that much to do for the teenagers here, there are only bars and that sometimes isn’t very good, Spain is much more safe, here you can stay out till what ever time you like, and they close the shops every Sunday as it is a religious day, The weather is so much better here than it is in England but sometimes is it too hot, The summers here are longer than they are in England as the students have nearly 3 months holiday and in England they only have 1 month and a half. The school work is different also as they do exams after every sections in the books and you get lots more homework then you would in England, in Spain you have to buy all your school books and pens and in England the school gives it to you. The food in Spain is mostly meat, but they do have delicious meals. Englands meals are more greasy, it has more take out restaurants.
Both England and Spain have got good and bad things, they are very different one from another but I love them both because they are different.
